Future Access is led by qualified and accredited Access Consultant, Lucas Wheeler.

Lucas has worked in the access industry for a range of organisations for over 9 years, engaging with clients from government, commercial and domestic building design, construction, and certification, further adult education, new-entry employees, and disability and community services.
​
Lucas has had extensive experience delivering intensive Diploma, Certificate IV and short training courses, and new employee introductory training. He has also provided a range of both small and large-scale access and Universal Design advice, to clients in the public and private sector
Lucas has also been an Accredited SDA Assessor since 2020, being one of the first individuals to complete the required training program. In order to address the growing SDA industry, Lucas founded SDA Assessors Australia, a dedicated SDA consultancy and assessment provider.
