Documentation Review - From concept designs to final plans, we identify and report on mandated legislative requirements as well as enhanced design elements
Existing Site/Facility Access Audit – We visit your sites to identify mandatory legislative compliance items, as well as those that enhance access for a person with disability in the built environment.
Performance Solution Reports – Where compliance with NCC/BCA Performance Requirements is sought via a Performance Based Solution, we can prepare a Performance Based Design Brief (PBDB); analyze proposed design/construction using one of more of the Assessment Methods listed in the PBDB; evaluate results against the acceptance criteria in the PBDB; and prepare a Performance Solution Report.
Professional Opinion Report – Many elements of the built environment are not subject to NCC/BCA requirements; however, it is essential they are designed to meet the intent of the Disability Discrimination Act 1992. Future Access can assess and provide comment on items subject to DDA requirements, such as internal building fixtures and fittings, parks, playgrounds and other outdoor installations, and more.
